Sounds like you're on the right track. I think attempting a Wake Back To Bed a few nights per week helps a lot. Similar to what you did by staying up for an hour in the morning. |

I've tried Lucid dreaming about 2 years ago, with not a lot of success but hey, what can you expect in a couple of weeks. But i'm back now and more enthusiastic about it for sure, and I thought i'd join this forum to help keep me motivated when i'm frustrated or whatever. |

Try the technique called FILD I have been recommending it to many poeple because it worked so well for me. It is basically the same thing as WILD look it up in the search bar. I always fell asleep trying to WILD but this one is basically the counter to that its like your mind throwing a jab and you perrying it if you know boxing. PM me and let me know how it goes and also if you have any other questions. Most important dont get frustrated and DONT GIVE UP! good luck! |

I've had almost all my lucid dreams from a MILD/auto-suggestion route. |
