Heyy everyone I heard about lucid dreaming not very long and since then I have been excited about going to bed and I'm very confident I will have one and also determined
My problem is I don't exactly know what to do, as in I already have a dream journal and well that's about it actually, when I go to bed I try to get into sleep paralysis with little success.. anyway I want to know if there are any methods I could use to help me, I don't mind waiting though I want to know that I will have one soon enough and I'm not wasting my time on nothing

PS- I normally wake up every night at 1 - 3 am is that a positive thing of LDing?
also I have some binoural beats I listen to them every night
Also I read the section for inducing LD's and I got some ideas but I think its better to get more explained explanation, I ll try any methods that are good if any suggested
