      Question Losing Dream Control!!

I've had two lucid dreams in the past month but I had a dream last night where I wa starting to lose control. I was lucid but control was very very hard. Any advice? Because I'm really good at attaining lucidity.

Maybe you need to increase the vividness of your dreams.

Lucid dreaming is the first step, which you've attained already. You might be lucid, some nights might be fake lucidity, which often can be confused with real lucidity.

Try to perform any Reality Checks in your dreams. As you discover you are dreaming, convince yourself about it and think you can do anything you want. Do not abuse the lucidity and try to fly or change the whole dream scene, that will take a lot of brainpower, exhaust your dream and probably, wake you up. Try something easier as speeding with a car you might have, jump high, make something appear from nowhere... with easier actions you will gain self-confidence in your own dream and you will be able to control it properly.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Here's a link to tutorial on reality checks: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=95033, and this is a tutorial on dream control while you're at it: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=67107

Personally I like the nose pinch reality check. It's easy and has never failed me so far.
