      What are all these ILDs?

I'm new here and even though I've been familiar with the basic techniques for LD, I haven't heard of ILDs until the very recently. I know they usually stand for ... Induced Lucid Dream, but there seems to be so many and they seem really similar. I've tried to FILD and I'm planning on trying CAN-WILD tonight. My recall is very sporadic (sometimes as high as 5 but I easily get in ruts that last a week or so) and I've never done any dreamsign analysis.
I was wondering if it is a good idea to even attempt ILDs without a strong recall and much experience ?
Also are some of the ILDS large categories or is each a specific technique?
Does anyone have a list of most of the ILDS?

Everything falls under Wake Initiated Lucid Dream, or Dream Induced Lucid dream. Everything else is just a variation of the two. Either a person becomes lucid while in the middle of the dream, or stays coherent enough to become lucid when the dream starts.

I would proabably say that DEILD is proabably a combination of the two, though, don't you think?

DEILD is a form of WILD, because you fall asleep straight into a lucid dream.

It is not connected to DILD in any way.
