the other techniques sound a lot harder to me, that's why I chose to go on with WILD(the relaxing wasn't that much of a problem, hardest was the breathing and the long waiting for something to happen), also I think WILD is a lot more fun, even my failed attempt last night was a unique experience, felt really relaxing, and also just awesome(altough it was a little boring too to lay there and do absolutly nothing)
MILD is the one with the reality checks right?
because that would be a lot more timeconsuming for me to master I think because I rarely remember dreams, am a little forgetful and it just seems to suck a little to me
I'll try to sleep 6 hours first next time, maybe that'll help, thx
also I still want to try my idea for using the weed-aftereffect
sorry that it was a little long story, I can be a little wordy sometimes
