      Hello ^_^

Hello, thought I'd introduce myself. My names Jon and I'm currently doing my A-level year in Wales.

I first became lucid at a young age after a series of recurring nightmares, I think the fact they recurred eventually led to me realising that I was in a nightmare. I learnt to wake myself up which I can only describe as opening my eyes twice

I forgot about it for a while but I've had a few lucid dreams throughout my life. I've now started a dream journal and would say on average I'm at a lucid experiance atleast every three nights. However, the problem at the moment is maintaining lucidity for any length of time. I'm hoping that through the forum I can pick up some tips and improve my lucid experiance.

It's because a friend has also recently began doing this it's motivated me to pursue it more actively my alarm is set for 5 am so I can do a journal entry and then try the WBTB method for the first time.

Guess that's it for now, Hello

      Hey, welcome to DV!

Keep up the dream journal! Really helpful tools, those!
