You could have it fade off after a while. Shouldn't be a problem. Last time I had it still going on (placed it in a loop), I was forcefully awakened by abrupt, loud noises. I was feeling very groggy (I was not in the REM state, just floating in darkness, mentally speaking) afterward; it did wore off after like 2 hours. Never tried it again. Your experience might be different from mine though. Just experiment a little bit and see which one works best for you. Welcome to the forum. |
