Hey everyone! My name is Alex and I found this site about a week ago after spending a while doing some research into lucid dreaming. Up until about 2 weeks ago, I only remembered one or dreams a month max. I started keeping a dream journal and almost instantly I was remembering 4 or 5 dreams a week. Last night I was able to become lucid, but was unable to do anything as I woke up right after this realization because my roommates were talking. I figured I might as well join and start posting, so here I am.

Welcome to the Community That must have been annoying to wake up to your roommates talking while you're having a lucid It sort of happened to me once only with a dog and it's little collar was jingling. Thanks for the link, louie, I'll definitely be reading up on this when I get some free time. And Robot, yeah I was surprised, I thought it would take me a lot longer than just over a week before i was able to do it, and it really gave me a second wave of motivation and excitement.
