      Generic Introduction Thread Title Here

Hey everyone! My name is Alex and I found this site about a week ago after spending a while doing some research into lucid dreaming.

Up until about 2 weeks ago, I only remembered one or dreams a month max. I started keeping a dream journal and almost instantly I was remembering 4 or 5 dreams a week. Last night I was able to become lucid, but was unable to do anything as I woke up right after this realization because my roommates were talking.

I figured I might as well join and start posting, so here I am.

Hello and welcome. I joined yesterday after researching about lucid dream-induction methods (specifically DEILD). Hit me up if you want to share DEILD's; I'm trying to get a little bit more information on the topic.

      Welcome to the Community

That must have been annoying to wake up to your roommates talking while you're having a lucid It sort of happened to me once only with a dog and it's little collar was jingling. It probably would have been a nice dream.

Oh well. Anyway, below is a link to tutorials. You may find it pretty useful

Sounds like you are making great progress. You'll be lucid again, in no time. Hopefully, with no distractions this time.

Thanks for the link, louie, I'll definitely be reading up on this when I get some free time.

And Robot, yeah I was surprised, I thought it would take me a lot longer than just over a week before i was able to do it, and it really gave me a second wave of motivation and excitement.
