      Well... Welcome, for one.

To answer your question, it doesn't seem like much progress. Sorry.

I think you don't remember many dreams (at least, thats what I got from what you said) in that case, start a dream journal.

I would guess that you just woke up with a headache, this happens to me sometimes, I wouldn't say it is progress.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me or any of the dream guide staff.
      Bollocks.

Delphi pretty much summed it up, but just for future reference, B6 doesn't give you Lucids; it makes your dreams more vivid.

      welcome.

well no, it isnt really much progress, as said before. most people already remember at least 1 dream every night. so you have A LOT to improve on your recall before you start lucid dreaming.

start a dream journal, when you wake up, keep your eyes closed and go through as much of the dream as you can in your head, then straight away write it down in your journal. do this every time you wake up, and every so often look at your journal, to see all your dreams you have had.
keep that up and your recall will be good enough. then you will be able to remember your dreams so that there will be a point in trying lucid dreaming.

i see your native language isnt english, so i hope you understand me.

Absolutely, definitely feel free to ask questions. You can post your dreams here too, especially if a question pertains to the dream itself. Or, if you want to just record your dreams, you can also start a dream journal in the DJ forum.

i think maybe thats a bit too late. it would be best if you go for a bit earlier than that. 6 isnt too bad, but definetally not 8. just remember also that apparently its healthier to sleep 7 and a half hours every night, thats in total. so if you were to wake up after 8 hours, you would already be above it then you would be adding to it when you go back to sleep.

The goal is to awaken just prior to a longer REM cycle, which varies slightly. It takes about 60-90 minutes to make it through your first REM cycle, then the sleep cycle repeats. Generally people say to wake about 5 hours into sleep, but it's best I think to kind of keep track when you are waking up from dreams to see if you've got your own personal pattern.

Best of luck! Like the others said, writing down your dreams is the first step to improving recall. Your English isn't that bad, don't worry!

Lol, I read some of the first couple of posts without realizing how old it was. Anyway, welcome back

It seems like your English has gotten better at least. I don't find it annoying at all. I hope you don't mind me asking, where are you from?

I hope you have many lucids
