      another question!!

      i have a fan on when i goto sleep so it blocks out noises on my street. should i turn off my fan when doing WILD?

      It depends. A lot of people find that it's comforting or helps them to have some sort of light noise going on in the background. Are you used to having a fan on? If so, maybe it's good to have it. It could also be good to turn it off if you're used to it because having a slight difference in your environment may also help. It also may turn out that having it on or off is completely irrelevant. You should experiment with it and find what works best for you.

      Depends, is it distracting you? Anything relaxing to you would only help with becoming lucid.

      If it's producing a constant, level noise you'll be fine. It's variations in sensory perception that can screw up a WILD.
