share my ld "a ld within a dream"

I had ld experience but I didn't know it was "Lucid dream" . yesterday i had ld again, and when i woke up I have a question "what if i kill myself in a ld?". So today i search on web to see if anyone has same experience with me and found that is "Lucid dream". Then i found this forum, I'd like to say hello to everyone.
All my ld is a type of "dream within a dream". I realize i am dreaming in the second dream then i get control of my second dream. Yesterday what i did in the second dream was jump off from a building. I enjoy the falling process for several seconds I was terrified then it stopped.
The benifit of "a lucid dream with a dream" is i woke several times from the second dream(ld), then do lucid dream again.
from my exprience to have this kind of a dream What have to do is to get very tired so that you want to sleep in a dream(^_^) .
I don't know what is the purpose of me posting this new thread. May be just want to say hello ,or thought that my ld is totally different with others.

      Welcome to the forums!

Dreams within dreams are quite common.

For a second, I thought you were talking about your Id.

I have LDs followed by false awakenings, where I don't realize that I'm dreaming. Is that kind of what you meant? Some people are lucid during their FAs, which sounds kind of what you were doing.

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.
