      Question WILD Sleep paralysis VS Meditation SP are they both the sme thing??? Help!!!

      Hey everybody what's up.I have been reading the WILD tutorial today where I read about sleep paralysis during WILD.I've just been thinking, is it similar to SP during deep meditation? If both of these are similar will practicing
      SP in meditation help me be overcome bad experinces during lucid dreaming?Because a few days ago when I was meditating I felt that I was falling from my place of meditating.Please help me.thanks in advance!!!

      Well yes and no. It depends upon your perspective. Thery are certainly similar but in reality no one knows for sure. Since you are familair with both, see what you find out and use your own awareness to answer this question. Many people, myself included, can give you our opinions and observations, but in the end thats all it is. I think having the opporutnity for both is fascinating and part of greater awareness to you if you answer or try to answer these for yourself. This is just my opinion, ansd while it may or may not be the answer you want or seek, welcome and good luck!!
