This still sounds awfully normal to me. What pain we feel in dreams/sleep paralysis/semi-conscious dreams/etc. is often not real but our brain doesn't know it. There was obviously nothing in the physical world burning your forehead, but your brain thought it was real and thus the pain has continued. |

When I was a child of about 3 or 4 I used to sometimes get a hallucination of being in an infinite tunnel of a polka dot pattern that was spinning and sometimes changing size and colour. It was really terrifying and used to wake me up and I would cry and run to my mum. |

it wasnt a dream it was something else |

Are you angling for a third eye diagnosis here? |

yeah it wa something like that, though the words I wrote here wrere something of a journal of that first experience, this post is special to me. after that event I had the most amazing dreams. Dreams of blue colurs and eyres and weird places. they happened just as sleep occurred stars filled my dreams. one time i dreamed I was covered in these nice white things that looked like little dome things and it was the nicest feeling. but I am going to look at your link thank you so much. |

Whatever it is chrisau, dont be afraid of it, it can only make the experience worst for you. These things have happened to other people and in fact you should consider yourself lucky for going through this experience. Just try to enjoy it while it lasts. |
