Everyone learns at a different rate. For people like me, my first LD was an accident. I spent years hoping each night that I'd get one, not aware you could induce them until about a year a go. For others, it can take weeks or even months of practice. Just keep up the DJ, play around with methods and tutorials on the forum, and know that each night you go to sleep you are very likely to have a lucid dream. Good luck!
