If you don't have good dream control in the current lucid, I don't believe you can summon things. You would have to increase clarity, vividness, and awareness in order to summon something. |

Awesome tip, thanks. I had trouble with that before. Newb question, DC means dream character correct? I am slightly wary of approaching those (I'm new to this whole lucid dream thing), I remember being a little freaked out by them, knowing that they are part of my subconscious or whatever, but being afraid they might be a little too real or independent. I know it sounds stupid, but I am sort of afraid they will react like the infected people in 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers' or agent Smith in 'the Matrix', and freak out that I have become lucid, like I'm not supposed to be. Has this happened to anyone? |

When I wanted to see how cake tasted in a dream I just opened the fridge and it was filled with cake. Kind of like the room of requirement from Harry Potter. |
