did adrenaline kill a perfect deild?

last night i had a dream that i was climbing a sandy hill and fell off a 50 foot drop. by the time i hit i had a lot of adrenaline and i woke up. at this point i knew it was a dream and held perfectly still, i didn't even open my eyes. it felt like my muscles were filled with water, so i imagined the dream. after a minute the watery feeling left. a few minutes after that i decided to go to sleep in the normal way because i was fully awake. i did a reality check, but i was awake. after that i couldn't sleep for an hour. if the sandhill dream didn't end so abruptly would i have gone lucid in a deild?

Yes, adrenaline can wake you up. It happens to people all the time. As for your second question, who knows?

Keep practicing. Try to remain calm.
