      Adrenaline Rush at Will?

I wasn't sure where to post this so I descided here was good.

I can do this...Thing... where I can send a rush of energy throughout my body at will and it feels very much like an adrenaline rush but not exactly like one. I've looked this up with only limited success on finding out what it is, but I have found out that it's not just me that can do this. So I ask...

Do you know what I'm talking about or do I just sound crazy?

Do you know what this is, exactly?

They could be WILD vibrations. I can occasionally do this at the start of a WILD. Not all the time, but when I'm there, I know it, and I can just concentrate and I get this massive surge of energy, and my heart rate goes nuts and I'll hear my heart and blood rushing in my ears. It's kinda scary sometimes. It feels like electricity and sometimes I can hear weird electronic sounds when it happens. I can do it maybe 3 or 4 times and then I just pass out and go into a lucid dream.

Don't know if that's what you're talking about but what you said reminded me of my version of it.

LUL Sentaku. I can also do this. I remember that watching Digimon as a child gave me this, too. I'm interested in people's opinions about it.

Um... thinking about someone hot/someone you really like? I remember times during exercising when I felt tired, maxed out and sluggish, until I fantasized about a cute boy I really liked and suddenly I was going at the top of my game like it was nothing. When you think about things that make you really excited, you almost want to do more than your body will allow.

      This

oh and i PM'd Synosha my response. Dono why, guess i just wanted to discuss it with him/her I'll transfer it here maybe.

But like Nina said. Others don't "have" it because they don't know to look for it, but it's there in all of us. It's something that in their day to day lives they're not concerned with. Like others don't benefit from Lucid Dreaming... I suppose it's how you look at life or if you come to a turning point where you start to search inside instead of out outside of yourself for whatever it is you're looking for. It's not the destination but learning this is a step in the path.

Yes, I agree MementoMori, well said. A lot of people seem to be undergoing "awakenings" which allow them to start questioning the reality of their existence and realizing that there is a lot more to it than previously thought. I have been undergoing my own pretty extreme awakening for about 4 years now. It's almost like being reborn...

I completly agree oh Im a He btw I know everyone can potentially do this but for it to come so natural and easy for me and even you guys. Monks and Matial Artists used to spend years trying to achieve what i think this is. What gets me is until now I havent felt the urge to really train it and seek out others... It just feels like there is a reason or that well from what ive dreamed.. something is comming and all of us have to prepare. Anyway I got your PM Ask what ever you want MementoMori I'll try and answer it best i can!

Sorry. But I thought the OP was talking about adrenaline rush. It's like, focusing on the inside of your body to activate your sympathetic system.

It eludes me just how this thread got so derailed.

So um how exactly do you do this?

Wow, I was gone for a while and I come back to this thread still alive.

ooflendoodle, it's hard to explain, it's kind of a thing that you "Just do". For me it's kinda like flipping switch in my brain, I guess. Or pressing a button.

It feels like pure energy is flowing through me, I mostly feel it in my chest and legs but if I try hard enough I can direct it

"When I 'turn it on' there is an immediate rush of energy at the back of my neck, it feels like its coming from the middle of my brain (where my speculations about the pineal gland come in). I don't visualize anything at all but reading this thread got me to thinking about what the feeling 'looks' like and the best way I can some that up is its like a lake high up with a water fall. It 'feels' like the water rushes horizontally towards the waterfall for a short distance then tumbles over vertically downward."

Hmm, I thought I'd note that in contrast to Schottish and Sentaku I don't feel the feeling in my head and/or chest (though I would love to feel what it's like). With me the feeling starts right below my bellybutton and continues down to my feet. Although I can mildly direct it it does not come as easilly as starting the feeling itself.
On a sidenote, have either of you notices involuntary twitches? When I manage to get the feeling to different bodyparts they often twitch, does that sound familiar?

      - Chris
Lucidity is not just for when you are asleep.

Hit me up if you can control your heart rate or give yourself goosebumps.

Hey, I also feel the same way, just a bit different. Like it's the twitching thing and the 'not from upwards' but I kinda feel it coming from my brain, but spreading out from the heart. I don't know what that means, just wanted to share with you

      Hi Chris,

No I have not noticed any twitching but I will look out for it in the future, its not something I can recall happening.

I do sweat though, sometimes an incredible amount even if I am not doing anything at all the sweat will be pouring out from under my arms but I wont be sweating anywhere else, its very strange its more like a dripping tap than sweat sometimes.

Sometimes if I push it hard enough I get some twitches. But i think that's only because the energy feels like it has to be used somehow and that's one way to get rid of it. I don't know.

I've also noticed I get tingling sensations in my skin in places like arms, legs, back, etc

      'Engery rush'

Yes like everyone else was saying.
i also apologize for my spelling recntly''
i really didnt explian myself clearly'' but the specialty that we all can do is amazing'' i just rembered about this today and went to read'' if anyone has posted. and yet scotish did. as he was explaining about redirecting it''.to other parts of his body i tried t do it the same. and it amidiatly wnet to my left arm. its really amizing.
i am 15. i live in newyork, queens and i can do this fotr as long as i can remember.
alot of people is asking how can u do this. and explain the feeling''.
Well its really hard 2 explian cause it comes natural to uds'' like eating or moving''.
when i do it , it feels like ists comming from my heart. but goes on my spin. the feeling is just like adrenaline. but not quit . it doesnt have the same effects as a adrenaline rush'' would have. like sweating, etc. but its just the same''.
since i was young i really coudnt explain'' and i never told anyone cause i thought everyone can do it''. When i as younger and i use 2 have nightmares'' my mom would tell me say god. in the dream and it will be gone.
well this didnt really work because in my dreams'' i really didnt remember what to say''.
but what i could do was that rush'.
it would amedialty pop'' my body while i was sleeping'' causeing me to wake up''.
And i was just amazed to know that i could rember to do it. even while i as sleeping''
This is to tell you guys'' thats what we have is something truely powerful and strange''.
Effects,* it gives meh. extra strength,. and makes me faster.
It is possible that what we have is like a sixth'' sense something that can 'Inhance all of our senses'' or anything that we can do. like saying if your are eating and your full'' use it and u can take the last bite'' or if your hands are tired of writing use it and u would be able to cover a few more lines''.
what scottish said about his golf experiance was amaizing''.
People said there is a such thing as a 'sixth sense'' and we are very lucky to have this''.
Maby this is a gift from the 'ultra being' whoever he-or they are that gave us this'
But all i know is that only a few people can do this'
      and we are gifted'
All i can say now is that if this is a truley gift from god'' or whoever'' we should use it keenly''
And also i read on this site' were this guy explained ssaying he can do this aswell and it was sorta like a adrenaline rush'
The doctor was amazed saying he never heard of this''. but what or however you can do this. be very carful''
because if this is a adrenaline rush'' then its not good'' because having to much adrenaline rushes at will'' can do extreeme harm to your body''.
so i would keep checking on here daily to see what'' is going on
by guys. and have a nice one.

Dude really, you could have at least used some interpunction. It is very hard to take a person seriously when he types like this... But that aside.

"ike saying if your are eating and your full'' use it and u can take the last bite'' or if your hands are tired of writing use it and u would be able to cover a few more lines''."

      That's just willpower...

Ps. Adrenaline is only harmful when you have constant elevated levels (e.g. constant stress)
Lucidity is not just for when you are asleep.

I... may or may not be able to do this. I can't quite figure out if I use emotion to trigger it.
