      First or third person?

So when you guys lucid dream, is it generally in first or third person?

First. It's a rare day when I have any dream in 3rd, really.

Well, my dreams are usually in 3rd person, but when I become lucid it often switches to 1st person, but then it usually switches back to 3rd person after a while.

Mine many times will appear to be in third person but Its really just me watching something and I will become involved after a while. Although some times I have dreams where I am like a camera following behind one person.

When I am dream journaling my dreams also seem to be in the first person more.

In my normal dreams, I shift between third and first person and often switch personas quite often during one given dream. When I become lucid, though, I've been in first person or quickly find myself in first-person. One way I can tell (usually in hindsight) that I'm losing lucidity is if I switch to a third-person point of view once again.

The only two I've had were first person - if I dream in 3rd it usually means I'm going to die spectacularly.
