Good technique to experience lucid dreaming

Just read about some technique to help you recall your dreams better, they said u have to try and write everything down that you did the whole day or try remembering it in your mind, so I went and downloaded the "imagine" iso-tone mp3 and sat on my chair legs crosses and closed my eyes and started remembering every detail of the whole day and in the middle i started spinning in my chair. I just went with it and it realy realy felt like i was spinning and started losing thought and just tried to focus on what i did the whole day and the spinning intensified! I just kept my eyes closed and i was 100% awake and as im typing this message im actualy abit nauseas of the whole experience! did this for about 20 minutes and remembered my whole day and hope this will help me recalling dreams better and get my first lucid dream! Anyone else experience this intense spinning?

Intense spinning is a common feeling while trying to WILD. You may have actually been close to having your first lucid dream right there in your chair. I also have never heard the technique of remembering your whole day to recall your dreams, please tell me how well that works. I hope I answered your question and I hope you have your first lucid dream very soon.

      ^Probably

WOw, i tried that technique last nite and this morning i woke up i could remember about 7 dreams, some are very short and some are very blurry and maybe long? i dunno but i also drank apple juice for the first time last nite so i dunno which one really worked but i think they both helped. So i almost got a wake induced lucid dream while im 100% awake on my chair 9pm at night trying to remember my whole day? Thats very interesting, but i havnt even come close to a lucid dream in my dreams while im asleep? its my 5th day already :-/

Don't worry about the spinning thing. It just means you are going to deep mind states like alpha and theta.I never have the spinning experience but I sometimes have falling experience while deep meditation.Keep it up and meditate everyday using any good program. You will gradually be more linked with your subconscious mind and have lucid dreams FREQUENTLY.
