      New guy here.

Hey guys, trying to lucid dream for 3 days now, so far no luck but I've been able to recall 4-6 dreams a night which is special considering I used to have like 1 dream in 3 months (that I could remember of course)

Being someone who never had a lot of dreams and going to 4-6 a night is really awesome, 1 night I'm out fighting the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica the other night im fighting this bird like warrior.

      Hey, welcome to DV!

That's awesome that you've been able to increase your dream recall so rapidly! You're well on your way to lucidity!

What have you been doing to increase your recall? I, like you, never really had dreams in the past, only once in a while. I just finished my first night with a WILD and a WBTB and i still cant remember very little.

Well, I put these to 2 stones under my pillow, they are called amethist stones and they are supposed to increase your dreaming.

Now, maby this is just a placebo effect but hey it works
I also take melatoine (spelling?) en use a mantra (tonight I will lucid dream) do RC during the day.
I guess all of those have something to do with it.

edit: oh yeah and I have a dream journal afcourse.

Interesting, ill look in to that meatonin tonight. I just logged my first two entry's today in to my dream journal and I hear vitamin B6 is really good too. I think i will try writing amethyst on a piece of paper and put it under my pillow and see if that helps. Good luck with your LD goals, i hope we will show progress very soon =]]

      Amethyst? Did someone call?

Welcome to DV, Desertfox! We're glad that you joined us and feel free to let us know if there's anything we can do to help you become lucid. Also, if there's something you're having trouble with here at DV or you're having problems finding some bit of information, let any of us Dream Guides (the guys and gals with the green names) know and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

That's awesome that your recall has increased so quickly! It's been some time since I was able to recall 4 dreams in one night. I used to be able to naturally when I was younger, but alas, not now. I wish someone had told me about LDing back then. Keep up the good work!
