      can i have lucid dreams when im just taking a nap????

      I was wondering if i can have LD's when i am napping?????? Does anyone kno some easy techniques that will work??? please help!?!?!

      Hiya, Ivy! Yes, I can tell you from experience that you can Lucid Dream while napping -- I think all of the methods in Tutorials should work just the same. Good luck!

      yes you can! In fact you are 4 times more likey to have a lucid dream when your napping!

      This I have heaerd to be true so many times so i think it holds merit. I myself cannot say one way or another because I cannot sleep during the daylight hours.
