Um, I normally get hypnagogic hallucinations as I'm drifting to sleep before REM.

      Welcome to DV!

      Really wanna know about Hypnagogia?

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnagogia

Yes, it's the same for me. I usually have the hallucinations as I am attempting to WILD and see/hear them before falling into the Dreamworld.

By my knowledge - not by experience - hypnagogic hallucinations appear while in Sleep Paralyzis, yet not asleep. Between your bodys falling-asleep and your subconcious entering the real dreamworld.
Hypnagogic Hallucinations is like pre-dream. If you find that they try to strangle you, or sitting on your chest - anything that makes it hard to breath. Then it's just the way your brain explains why you're having a hard time breathing. The scientific reason although, is that your breathing is reduced during Sleep Paralyzis.
Confusing, but i hope it helped somehow x)

By the way. Why do you call yourself "NarutoFreak"+"DBZ1" and having Link at your avatar?
A bit nonsense. Link is a hero of time. And a character that is supposed to be loved as a symbol of culture since 1998, or how was it?
Naruto fights with cheap powers and some few physical moves. Same goes for DBZ.
(These are my opinons that actually doesn't matter at all)

I'm unexperienced when it comes to DBZ. But i knew that it ment Dragonball Z. That's heroic enough for my part!^^

Don't be scared by the word hallucination. Think of it as another stage of dreaming. It is as if you start to dream while still slightly awake. I've had some hypnagogic hallucinations that were cooler than the dream that followed.

And I've eaten plenty of drugs to make me hallucinate so yeah don't worry, it's no big deal.

No really, it's the same aspect. It's all in your head and you influence it with your mindset.

You see them on the walls, in your bed, on you legs, they can manifest anywhere anyhow. They can be scary sometimes but don't freak out. Again, it's all in your mind.
