What am i doing wrong?

This morning, while I was in a normal dream, i managed to do a reality check.
I don't remember what i was dreaming about, but i suddenly questioned if it was real or not, so i did a reality check and i discovered that I was dreaming. I did the noce rc, and i could still breath. after that i woke up. I wasen't even for a second in a lucid dream.

This is the second "success" that i had, the first time, a week ago or so, i just knew i was dreaming, i didn't have to do an rc and i became some kind of lucid for a couple of seconds, then i woke up.

Why is it that I always wake up, i wasen't really excited about it so i should have stayed asleep =(

Dream control is a hard thing to practice. I've only stayed in an LD for a minute at my longest. Most of the times it came from excitement or a dream character seemed to wake me up. It's hard to get your balance in LDs when you first start doing it, keep practicing. Spinning around gets you back in your dream, i hear and also try rubbing your hands together.

Alright, i'll do that. I am still excited about all the LD stuff and i practice a lot, so I hope to be a professional LD'er in a few months ^^
