I would say to start with, you should stick to reality checks, state testing and the like with MILD and DILD's. Keeping a dream journal is really important, like that is priority #1. Without good dream recall you won't even remember your lucid dreams! Really, there is no easy way, just consistency. Well actually, you could look into things like isotonic/binaural tones or the novadreamer.. But thats pretty unnecessary, supplements are generally a waste of money for dreaming too. Just work hard at it, don't stress over it and you should have one soon. Good luck! |

I'm still a little confused. Should I start with DILDs and MILDs? How long should I use those before moving on to harder techniques like DEILDs and maybe WILDs? |
Easiest Way: |
Just start with a DILD. Most first lucid dreams just come randomly to people who get a really vivid dream, which is why dream journals are key. |
Great, that helps alot, thanks so much for helping me |
Yeah, most people would say that DILD was there first lucid, but it requires some mental effort and writing in your dream journal and reality checking. Just practice and don't give up |
