Hey I have heard about lucid dreaming before and never really understood it but last night I finally experienced it. I realized that I was dreaming and just picked up a knife and cut the person closest to me ( I was in a kitchen). I am going to try it again tonight I am a little nervose because my heart started beating rapidly and I awoke suddenly after quite frightened at what had happened but I'll try it again and post tommorow.
