      ******* NEW THEME! *******

Alright, so, we finally have a new theme! I started working on this late last year, and gave up on it for a couple months, but decided to finally finish it. I had some help from a few individuals early on, but ended up doing most on my own...so keep that in mind if you hate it.

Now that it's active and can be brutally tested, I'd imagine a number of issues will turn up in regards to it. I've already noticed a couple things (such as the footer not placing itself properly in Firefox, but it looks great in Explorer; also, I think some more widths should be hard-coded for dial-upers so that things don't slowly jump around when the page loads; and for some reason the bloody marquee folders sometimes are like 3 times too tall, but then fine upon a refresh).

Some things were rushed at the end to get this done, so I haven't even decided if I really like them or not. One in particular is the profile backgrounds for mods, but maybe they help brighten up the otherwise semi-bland colour scheme.

So anyway, comments and suggestions are welcome. I'm sure this theme's existence will be marked similar to that of the previous one (i.e. should get better with time, esp. if I get some good suggestions). ALSO, a dial-up theme will be introduced shortly for those unfortunate few.

Please report anything odd that you notice. Thanks!
Each new day is a chance to turn it all around.

Well, I like it -- and I'm not just saying that for brownie points or anything.

You were going for a more "professional" look, and you hit the nail on the head.

The only thing is the main page still has the old theme -- you're gonna modify that too, right?

Edit: I noticed in the user profiles that "Last Three Topics [Insert Name Here] Started/Replied To/Ended" is gone. Did you mean to do away with that?

I like the new layout for the most part, the only problem I have is the white on blue writing.

It looks sleek and professional, I like it.

For now, the new user arrival's page doesn't have that thing which lights up the noobs that haven't been welcomed.

I noticed that when you look at new posts that you havent seen, it no longer tels you what section the topic is from. I used to say genereal disscucion, beyond dreaming, ect. Its not a big deal, i just liked knowing where the topic came from...

EDIT. I found it. Lol. Its under the name of the topic.

cause you made it red. The other quotes are grey instead of white which makes it hard to read on the blue. And I was just sayin that that doenst look good, and just suggesting while the quote thing would be fixed, that maybe somehow the blue could be toned down a bit, dunno.

I like it. The last one didn't look very cluttered up but you somehow managed to make this one even less so. Its very practical and smooth looking.

Looks good! About the only thing that bothers me a little is the white text on blue background when making a post. Hurts my eyes a little.

Other than that, I feel it is a sleek and professional look.

Kudoes, or kudzu or cujo whatever on hiding the whoe has been online stuff behind a button. It was beginning to make the page a little cluttered in the previous theme.

I use konqueror, in Linux. The new theme shows roll bars in the horizontal. Why that happened? The previous theme worked fine, with no horizontal roll bars...

With the new theme I have to stretch the browser window a lot and do not get rid of the roll bars; only if I put it full screen.
