Thankyou alex, i have it in photobucket too, so how did you make it smaller?

Photoshop, I was using the program anyway, so I thought I'd do this while I was at it. I think it can be done in paint, I'm not sure.

can you explain the process to me, then i fi find a picture i like that's huge, i can do it myself.

Hmm, like I said, I don't know if it can be done in that, but if you can, it's probably:

okay, i'll try that next time...i have another question. If you've taken a picture with a webcam, and it's fuzzy, how do you get rid of the fuzziness, and sharpen the image? I've tried the options in the photo amendmant thingy, but i can't figure it...

Webcams aren't really high-res, so it's hard to get a decent image out of 'em. Do you have a normal digital camera or a scanner & traditional camera? 'Cuz those are much easier to work with, if not as convenient.
