As a Canadian living in the US I've had to deal with these.
1) It's cold everywhere in Canada (not true, some places can be really hot)
2) Everyone in Canada must go fishing a lot (never been until I came here)
3) People are passive-aggressive instead of blatantly rude (relatively true more than any actually, this kind of annoys me, most people's personalities seem a little washed out)
4) Everyone speaks French (not where I live)
And a few that I know exist but haven't encountered much of:
5) Moose (never seen one in my life)
6) Igloos (nope)
7) Canadian Mounties (not where I live)
8) Beer (a little true, not everyone drinks it though)
9) Peaceful, not aggressive (generally true but there are a variety of people with different personalities)
10) Hockey (true generally, not for me)
11) Eh (no one says that where I live except in the 'huh?' sense)
12) Tim Hortons (well I worked there, so yeah)
Go to about 1:30 (or just watch the whole thing because it's hilarious):
