Hi everyone, this is the first time Iíve been here in a while, Iíd like to share with you all my current fitness goal of reaching 15,000 steps every day. Iíll be doing this using a pedometer Iíve had in the draw for probably a few years now to track my steps and an alarm on my phone to remind me to go out for a run.
