Hi everyone, this is the first time I’ve been here in a while, I’d like to share with you all my current fitness goal of reaching 15,000 steps every day. I’ll be doing this using a pedometer I’ve had in the draw for probably a few years now to track my steps and an alarm on my phone to remind me to go out for a run. |
