Not sure if I could put this in the dreaming section of the forum, so..

Has anyone tried sleeping for an hour ( or maybe 1 1/2 hours) then staying awake for the rest of the night, instead of staying awake until 6 am. and awaking up at 7 am. (which, in the afternoon, didn't allow me to walk properly, lol)

When I tried the one-hour sleep "technique" first, I feel *completely* refreshed (which was quite useful when I still had a COD clan and played through the entire night in matches) !
