I have that problem ALL the time.... Well, not lately, but I used to a lot, because I had some messed up sleeping patterns. It's just a side-effect of a lack of sleep, or perhaps too much sleep at the wrong times. It happens to me whenever I stay up for like more then 24 hours, and then basically just pass out for a bit, I wake up at a bad time like 5pm and just feel like total crap, and everything is really messed. People try to talk to me, but I can't make any sense of what they're saying half the time. It's quite a nasty feeling. It usually passes over the course of the night though, and my sleeping pattern gets back on track.... |
