What's Your Sign?

I'm really curious...I'm Pisces and i read that Pisces are interested in the paranormal, dreams and related stuff ... and i wonder if there really are a lot of us fishes in here

Anyway...another question for u would be if u think all this horoscope thing is relevant? i personaly believe in the existence of certain common personality traits in ppl of the same star sign, altough i don't believe in predictions and all that...

I don't believe in astrology. I've read a lot of books on it and found that the descriptions of each sign are so general that anyone could read any sign and say... Hey! that sounds like me.

As for me and my sign, yes, there were things that struck home but like i said as I perused the rest of the signs there were a few traits that could be attirbuted to me under each one.

And I'd believe a fortune cookie before believing a horriscope.

i don't believe sun signs alone can tell much (though i am still open to detailed natal charts being able to describe one's psychology with accuracy which is unaccounted for by chance.)

On the contrary, no offense to you personally but zodiac is bullshit. The month you were born in does not determine you're personality. Yes, I am my own worst enemy by playing the skeptic without the classic skeptic argument, 'It just isn't so no matter what." But I do have evidence, my evidence is that I have never seen, in my experiences, any pattern, and neither have any studies.

I mean, you can read it and think, "Yeah that's me." but that's just cause they're saying nice things about you.

Actually, being a Capricorn, the descriptions for this particular sign always sets the most unflattering tone. I don't believe in astrology, possibly for the aforementioned reason, but unfortunately the description is very much like me.

Well I have certain traits similar to capricorn but for the most part I disagreed with the description, expecially what was flattering. Though, I did agree pretty strongly with my chinese result.

I actually think Leo is the best sign.

Gemini. Most of the descriptions I've read have been fairly accurate, but then again, some of the descriptions of other zodiac signs fit almost or just as well, too. I think any correlation between one's personality and the mainstream description of one's zodiac sign is coincidence, not causality. As has been mentioned before, the human personality is a vastly complex combination of traits and tendencies. Almost anyone could find similarities between their personality and any given zodiac sign.
