      here anybody can ask a question [of any kind] that they are struggling to find a reasonable answer for..
      We all have our strengths and weaknesses....... here we can all share some knowledge. feed your curiosity! I think this is an interesting idea and it could be quite beneficial...
      ______________

      my question is; what is the terminology used when something is 'camouflaged' as being something else?
      e.g. a cartoon grizzly bear that is a friendly wimp.

      so in the cases I am aware of; it is when a dangerous animal is portrayed as being friendly as a cartoon character to kids, but is in fact extremely dangerous in real life. I am positive there is a word for it....

      you can either answer my question or ask you're own...

      cheers. enjoy.

      I guess because this goes against the norm people often look at me like a weirdo. Well I probably am, but case in point;

      A couple common acceptances that I think is wrong. What are your thoughts?

      >On a vehicle's review mirror. It says, (objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.) I feel it should say, objects in the mirror appear closer than they are.
      When I look in the mirror, the object looks closer than they are?

      >I do not see how one can argue that I am not correct specifically. But I understand that it is just the way it is in our culture. But my subjective way of looking at things often provide road blocks in conversation.
      In reference to the next Sunday.
      As I see it, the next Sunday is the next Saturday, regardless of what day of the week it is.
      Let's say it is Saturday. Well everyone I know will acknowledge next Sunday as the one after tomorrow. I believe it to be tomorrow, for it IS the next Sunday.
      This could apply for any day of the week.

      Lunacy. Sheer cookie-cutter lunacy.

      My god I love italics.
