      So I just got around to putting up the tree last night.
      There's about 6 strands of lights on it, and I've got more Harry Potter ornaments than I thought! o_O

      I had to put the tree in my hubby's computer workroom so we can shut it off to the cats when we're not around. Trust me, stepping on bulbs and wire hanger-things is not pleasant.

      Nice tree though Burnsy, I haven't put the decorations up yet but when I do I'll send a pic. Also I would normally make a comment about you being a HP fan but I think over the months I've been here, you've probably heard all I have to say

      My tree doesn&#39;t go up until the 20th and my sister gets the honors of assembling and decorating it.

      Personally, I&#39;m not a big fan of Christmas and only go through the motions cuz I know a lot of little kids and don&#39;t want to hear the same question over and over and over again... "How come you don&#39;t have a Christmas tree auntie?"

      I&#39;ll post a pic of my tree after it&#39;s exumed from the basement closet and resurrected on the 20th.


      Oh, nice tree btw Burns. Do your cats like to play in it? The cat I had before used to forever climb my xmas tree and bat at the ornaments.

      Thanks, Vex&#33; Yeah, the cats love to sit under it and pretend they are jungle cats (since they&#39;ve never set foot outside). Once in awhile, I&#39;ll find a bulb on the floor from one of the lower branches, but they&#39;re pretty good about it - they don&#39;t try to climb it our anything, thankfully&#33;
