Well somebody that lives around my area is going around killing cats and i dont know what to do. Ok so first i notice him kicking a cat so i thought nothing of it intill a days later when the same cat i saw was dead. I wasnt quick to judge but now i have noticed three dead cat around the area. Being pissed off i went up to the guy the next day and told him to stop and he should get help but then he just laughed and said what your on. I really would have posted here but i dont know what to do and i am afraid i have seen two more dead cats. I thought about calling the police or NSPCA but then their no evidence.

P.S. i think it was him because he did kick the cat really hard and then chased after it with a stick. Also their was a stick with blood next to the dead cat.
