Thats more then enough evidence. As an eye-witness you should. If there isnt enough, they'll likely keep an eye on the area themselves to see if he is doing anything. Definately call someone and tell them whats going on.

Burns should be scared.

Scared? HA! Burns'll be pissed. She'll turn into a She-Hulk. And she has every right too. What this guy is doing is wrong, and sick, and should be taken care of.

Burns'll have the best advice though. But still, I think calling is a must.

I believe regardless of where you live cruelty to animals is a crime. You should call and report the dead animals, report what you saw. Regardless if he is the culprit who has killed all 3 cats, you saw a crime. Nothing makes me angrier then hearing about something such as you has just reported. Here is a site that may be helpful. I would call the animal cruliety hotline but i afraid it my word against his. Well the person in question is a year below me in school he not a bully and he smart and act good for his age. I saw someting even worse some children were putting up photograph of two cats i think it the ones that got killed. I would tell them but i dont want to be accused.

Get pictures and turn him in. If you've seen him kicking cats with your own eyes, maybe you can snap a few pictures of him in the act. Then photograph the dead cats. Take your evidence to the police station.

Make sure people in your neighborhood keep their cats indoors, and make sure people aren't feeding strays as this will only attract more cats into this guy's path.

Other than that, I'm not sure there's much more you can do. Telling him to stop and acknowledging the problem was good, but I think if he's getting more negative attention from this, he'll only do it more to prove he can.

So just watch him and try to get some evidence in the form of pictures - pictures of him alone (so they can see his face), pics of him with the cats, and pics of the dead cats. After that, it's up to law enforcement to go from there.

Well i think he might have stopped because one of the owners of the cat went berserk when he was told the cat was killed and the boy looked really scared. The boy himself is not that strong so i think he wont try it again as he would get beaten up. The sickest thing is that a bunch of boys told the owner daughter who is really young that it dead and she even saw it. If you can imagine hearing a really lound scream and as i went out the girl was crying really badly. It like you see a moment that burns into your brain. About ten minautes later their parent came to pick the girl up the boy who i suspect did it was their i thought to tell their parent because he was smiling before the parents came but then he looked scared.

God, I hate those moments. Movies are always trying to re-create them, but the energy in a real one is absolutely horrifying. If this kid is indeed doing what you think he is, to hell with it. Beat the shit out of him.

Now, i'm not a violent person at all. I've never done any damage to another human being in my life, but i think i would have had a seriously hard time not kicking the shit out of that kid, even though that's probably not the best thing to do. If he's going around killing cats and enjoying seeing other kids in pain, he's only going to get worse as he gets older. He'll find more and more destructive ways to please himself. He needs help.

Yesterday someone ran over a dog in their big 4x4. My mom said it was still alive. I said they didn't put blankets over dogs in the middle of the road because they wanted a nap.

Well i will own up now i lyed their were no dead cats. I just wanted to see if anyone would question me and say are you joking i would have admitted it then. Plus the viewer would be happy to find out that this didnt happen so that would have a good effect, the humour or unintenional comedy is really funny if you look back. Think of all the energy and passion you got from it. It make you know that your human and caring. Well i was working on the theory that if something bad happen when you find out it was a lye you would benefit from it. Dammit if i knew it would not happen then i would have not posted it. Well i am sorry if it caused some emotional damage.


I really did see this joke going the other way a friend of mine played this joke once and after he told them it was a lye they said how it was a good joke.

but it also made people angry at something that didn't exist and they didn't know that it didn't exist (as oposed to a story). It also maki sit look like you were trying to get a rise out of everyone
