      Because the temperatures are so low any moisture in the air turns directly to ice crystals.
      another reason why the humidity is soo low.

      It&#39;s sad becuase today it was -5 C, and I was like, "Oh wow&#33; Warm today&#33;&#33;" Seriously... I wore a T-shirt all day. It was a nice change from -27 +wind chill.
