      Thought it would be interesting to see peoples' food habits, so write what you've eaten today here (you can write what you have eaten whatever oncoming day, it is not specificially for this day).

      Been quite a tubby today. I have eaten:

      2 tuna cans
      4 bananas
      Meat and macaronis
      A piece of cake
      ~50g chocolate
      8-10 cookies
      4 mini icecreams
      80-100g liqourice

      Interesting...
      I think I had more/worse than king and god...

      Woke up... had half a tuna salad sandwich and some milk I believe...

      Then had a cup of yogurt with some granola in it...

      A "protein"/energy bar before going to the gym

      Had a whole tuna salad sandwich with some crackers...

      Then I think I had some really tasty oatmeal with honey/brownsugar/cinnamin

      Had some sunflower seeds

      After running for 20 minutes I had yet another tuna salad sandwich with some more crackers + water (I made an enormous batch of tuna salad and we never have anything else good in this house)

      I will probably have some like, almonds or nuts later today. Not bad what do you think?

      A shortstack of pancakes (minus maple syrup, which is really high fructose corn syrup)
      The ears of a dark chocolate bunny (I had to start somewhere&#33
      Two hot dogs with ketchup (or catsup, if you prefer~)
      Half of a baked potato (no dressings, mostly the skin)

      I hate most types of seasonings. I hate mayonaise, any salad dressing (well, 'cept vinegar), pepper, salt, sour cream, mustard... I'm picky like that. Tomorrow's a weekday; we'll see a better glimpse of the diet of Abra then.

      No way! That's healthfreak food compared to my sugary selection today, haha.

      Unless are using the rubbish "Fake" maple syrup. I live in Vermont... so we always have the good old fashioned vermont maple syrup.

      Today was one of the worst days I've had in a while, simply because there was nothing around the house to eat.

      So...

      1. Bowl of cereal: Frosted Flakes
      2. Donut: Vanilla Cream Filled
      3. Donut: Jelly Filled
      4. Bowl of cereal: Honey Bunches of Oates
      5. 3 Scoops Icecream: Vanilla Bean
      6. Donut: Boston Cream
      7. Brownie

      Eh.. I'm 19 years and go to the gym atleast 3 times a week, I'm allowed to do this once in a while. Funny thing is I'm not even sure if this added up to 2000 calories.

      Seriously though, when you eat like this, you never feel "satisfied" because your body does not get all the nutrients you need so you get hungry again quicker and just eat more shit. I need a lot of protein in my diet and today my body was just craving for something to eat literally like all day. Not worry, I'll be sure to work out harder tomorrow

      Ataraxis eat before you go excersize not after (wait like half an hour if you're worried about your food starting to come up while your workout). It's much better for you that way. Your metabolism will kick in while you work out, and it'll help burn that food.

      Er... Let me see. A banana, a few M&Ms, then for supper (I slept all day) I cooked up some fried rice, to go with sauteed mushrooms, homemade egg rolls, and leftover steak I grilled out Friday. And, I'm just about to go and get a brownie. With Cool Whip. And ice cream.

      Today wasn't the worst day but it wasn't the best either. This is smart because we're trying to keep our diets healthy for fitness class at school. Trying to up my protein intake.

      8 waffles with butter and original syrup
      Handful of cashews
      Bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce
      One doughnut
      Three burgers, one with beef and two with chicken (ciabatta bread, pickles, cheddar cheese, tomatos, lettuce, mayo, mustard and a spicy sauce made with cayenne pepper)
      Mediocre helping of cheesecake
      1.5 litres of water

      Actually... now that I look at it, today was terrible.

      Bowl of granola w/ half and half for breakfast,

      Three refried beans on toast for lunch,

      two bowls of (beef) stew for supper, and

      two tangerines. misc.

      Not that exciting. The stew was good, though.

      Hmmm... Well, I haven&#39;t gotten around to eating anything other than breakfast today b/c it&#39;s only like 11:00 AM, but yesterday I had:

      >tuna fish sandwich

      Haha, shit, nice diet there I definitly think that added up to 2000 That, or most of your calories were pointless anyways. Thanks for making this thread... makes me realize how good my diet actually IS compared to others. I think you should go to the gym more/longer if you eat like that I go to the gym 5 times a week right now and run for about 20 minutes per day.

      About eating before/after... I think it depends on what you are focusing on... weight loss vs. muscle gain. Eating protein rich stuff after working out can give your muscles something to feed on...

      Today I had...

      A strawberry/banana yogurt with banana nut granola
      Another protein bar
      I hit the gym for a couple of hours and then had some crackers/vitamin water/tuna sandwich
      Bowl of oatmeal
      A cobb salad for dinner... tasty


      I needed to eat after the gym in that case, because I was really hungry (hadn&#39;t eaten for several hours and was at the gym jogging/walking for 30 minutes and lifting weights for an hour or 1.5 hours)


      I&#39;ve cut pointless foods out of my diet... such as ice cream/donuts/candy. Any sweets like that I don&#39;t eat anymore. Plus I am trying to have more nutrient dense foods and generally more healthy.

      I was at my grandmas today and this is what I had:
      Breakfast: bowl of fruit (strawberries, mango, figs) and a tiny bowl of granola with milk and unsweetened protein powder mixed in
      Lunch- leftovers from last night: artichoke dipped in a little mayo and capers, natural sausage with a bit of saercraut and a little piece of bread
      Snack- I ate carob covered almonds and a handful of goji berries
      Dinner-breaded zychinni, mahi mahi fish, noodles, and salad and some organic vanilla and chocolate ice cream for dessert

      Because I&#39;m too lazy to cook them, and eggs can be eaten raw with a extremely low risk of getting sick (about 0.0004% is the chance of getting sick from eating a raw egg if I remember it correctly, if not even lower). I have also heard eggs are healthier to eat raw, altough I&#39;m not 100% on that one. But it is primarily because of the laziness I eat them raw.

      I have a FEELING that she wasn&#39;t only referring to you getting sick. Sure, there might be a .0004% chance of getting sick from them, but there is a 100% chance they will taste much yuckier than if you cook them. It takes ABOUT 3 minutes to turn on the stove and throw an egg on there. MMmhmm.

      Ah yes, that&#39;s completely true. Eggs are far tastier when cooked. But if I can eat at least two cans of tuna a day, which I hate the taste of (I eat it to get the protein), then I have absolutely no problem to eat raw eggs.

      I have eaten tuna salads, but it still doesn&#39;t cover the taste of the tuna which I hate. So I prefer just opening the can, eat and get it over with as fast as possible.
