IMO This:
feel balanced and see life how it really is
and this:
Accept life and the human mind as it is and feel every bump, hill and dip on the emotional rollercoaster of life.
are the same thing, and lead to this:
complete control over your emotions and thoughts, allowing you to judge and think clearly in any situation, avoid negative emotions
If you see life as it really is in scenario one, you cannot count out the emotional experience in scenario two; and if you see that as it truly is, you will know that emotions are an internal creation, therefore "control" will naturally follow if one is aware.
To fully and emotionally integrate with life, to cry, laugh, feel depressed, experience bliss and ecstasy aswell as envy and lust.
This I think is a contradiction. If you were to fully integrate with your emotions, you would not be you anymore...but instead you would be an addict to everything. You would smoke, drink, snort, sleep all day, eat too much, etc, etc. You would in fact be a slave of desire. To integrate with "life" as you put it would actually mean to understand it first, which I believe refers back to my first point.
All ridiculous analysis aside, I also think you meant "control" like Good old Mr. Spock, which is not really control but supression; which is humanly impossible; at least for any duration without severe health consequences.
Okay, yeah I'll shut up now.
