Most humans inability to be wrong. I believe it is the source of almost all of Earth's troubles. Most people are so afraid to admit that their world is not as nearly as concrete and straightforward as they would like to believe that they are willing to do just about anything to remain comfortable in their own illusions of rightness. Wars, atrocities, rudeness; all these stem from this problem. If every human being could realize that almost everything they believe is actually false, this world would be a much better place.

The universe is a learning exercise, and everything will right itself given enough time. The only real complaint I have is that so many people judge the world before they see it and give into these preconceptions of reality that dont really exist. But I don't see it as something wrong, just a very low stage of development.
