We had this at our clan forum. It was kinda nice...you could get these little gifts to send to people, you could change peoples names and avatars, you could make a custom title.... But I don't think it would work well here...

You would just be measuring relative posting frequency. What about a "rate this post" option in which people would rate the post and then their quality of posts could be seen in their profile via how they have been rated? ~
