Thread: Darn School...

for me it starts on the 23rd... just one more week, realizing that puts me in a bad mood. ah well, i'm in college now so i'm glad about that. way looser schedule than highschool for me, more time for everything

still, can't beat summer...

September 1st........

August 24th. God damn I hate school... I'm not taking any crap from my teachers this year.

September 22...and I can't wait. I hate co-oping.

My son started back yesterday (Aug 16th). That means I've got to get up earlier so I can get him out the door. My daughter starts Aug 30th. They found black mold at her highschool.

Black Mold? What's that?

Mold that is black and gives off unhealthy things. Supposed to cause resperatory and sinus trouble.

I've seen TV shows Black Mold. Yeah; some people have almost died because of it.

I started school today . Im already exhausted and i got my first homework... Only two more years 'til Freedom!

Our school had a cricket infestation a couple of years ago. You could see them climbing around inside the lights.

I heard college was a lot of freedom but it's harder work then high school...

Yah, Squall, that tends to happen. Don't worry too much. Just do your work and everything turns out fine. If you feel like you're getting too stressed make time for yourself. If you like to read, take a half hour or so and just read. Listen to your favorite music. It's important to not get too caught up with business....but I guess I'll be eating my words next week.

WOOHOO! GO GRIZ!!!! In case you can't tell, I love my school.

Yah I'm looking forward to college and everything, but I honestly prefer being a bum.

Thats horrible! So do they have to rebuild a part of the school or was the mold not too bad?

Some neighbors a few houses down were getting sick all the time and eventually discovered mold in their house. I feel TERRIBLE for them! It is costing them $200,000 to get it taken care of and have to practicaly rebuild the house, and mold isn't covered by any insurance. And the houses in my subdivision are only about 10 years old! Could you imagine? They are an older retired couple but now I believe they have to go back to work. Although, I think they are trying to get some money by suing the builder b/c supposedly they put the stuff that keeps the mold away (not sure what its called ) on backwards.

Good call. Id buy a new house,a car, the Nova Dreamer,some books.....Or jsut retire. I can live on a low budget.

Well their house isnt even close to being payed off and theres no way they could sell a house full of mold so they really had no choice. Talk about getting screwed. Now my mom has gone insane in our house checking for mold. And yes, I'm 22 and still live at home. Whatever...the food is great.

lol, poor kanaiz, he is talking about the black death... you can find remenents of that in hot dogs!!

i go back on the 9th of sept... i am going to test out of a few classes... and then... embarrass the older techies... (they installed the older security system that i can hack with just msword) i can also shutdown the entire school network

what i am really thinking is funny, is if i got to the command prompt (msword) i could send messages throughout the entire network, and here is how it goes:

Dude, totally agree w/you. School sucks. It just seems like a waste of time...*yawn* The good parts are friends of course, but I think I learn better on my own and experimenting, etc...oh well, 3 more years...
