Random murder, anything involving dephiling the body, and child abuse.

I hate the first two the most, but the third can turn someone into the kind of person that commits the first two.

Drunk driving, because it means that someone's personal pleasure in alcohol consumption was worth more to them than another person's life, or the quality of another person's life. If you think dying in a drunk driving accident is bad, you should see how some of the severely disfigured survivors have to live. All for... a little bit of alcohol.

I think gun laws are also some of my most hated crimes. I think people need to be educated about guns and trained and be allowed to carry them for personal defense. You're not going to try to mug someone if there's a high chance they'll blow you away, are you?

The problem is now all the robbers have guns. And if they come up and point a gun at your first, you can't even get to yours.

Did anybody hear about this awhile ago? A Texas man (of course) shot 2 robbers who were next door while on a 911 call. It is kind of long and the shots are at 6:50.

Torture, abuse, and rape when committed against anyone. These crimes don't end when the criminal stops. They leave invisible wounds that sometimes never heal.
Killing, and the only exception is in defense of self or others. I think if someone is trying to kill you or committ some other henious crime against you or someone else, you have the right to defend yourself to the extent of killing the attacker.
People abusing their positions to harm others or for selfish gains. For example: white collar crime, abusive police, corrupt politicians, and even teachers who degrade their students. People who use their position to abuse the people below them disgust me.

And locally we had a firefighter blow away three of this neighbors last year because they were setting off firecrackers too late on the fourth of July, and an old man shoot down a teenager who had been rude to him and cut across his lawn.

People who need to be carrying a deadly weapon to feel secure are severely unstable and do not make me feel safer in the streets. I'm not in favor of full-blown bans, but dedicated, highly efficient instruments of death should be regulated, no doubt.

And also taking away a human's natural rights, wether the agressor is a government or individual.
