Just got a job, need advice regarding drug-test

Hey everyone,

I just got a job secured at a new Best Buy that's coming to our city. I'm all set to get hired, except, I'm a stoner and I have to take a mandatory drug test before I get the job.

Now has anyone else here had experience with detoxing before a drug test? I know green tea and juices like cranberry work, but does anyone know any useful tips/tricks? I really need this job, the last thing I need is for my habits to prevent me from getting it, that would just suck.

If you've never had to have a drug test or detox, don't bother replying. I need advice from people who've had this problem - if any.

I know my friend needed to get a drug test for his hospital job so for 2-3 weeks he stopped smoking and drank this drink called '420' we bought and well he just made sure to drink alot of water and stop smoking for a few weeks and he passed the test.

I just avoid drug testing jobs, its a violation of my constitutional rights, they can kiss my ass with their drug tests.

But yea, look for that 420 drink...its probably a diuretic...makes you pee alot, kind of like alcohol or cranberry juice...

Just stop smoking for a while. The metabolites of marijuana should be gone from your system in a few days.

Few days? whereever you got that information, its wrong.

Depening on how much you smoke, metabolites can last up to 3-4 weeks in the body

The amount of fat you have comes into account
The amount you smoke also....
How frequent you smoke...
If you work out...

The THC metabolites are stored in the fat cells of the body, so the less fat...the more fat burned from workouts...the less time metabolites take to leave the body...I find it quite ridiculous how they test for THC metabolites..which are harmless and dont even get you high...ahh what a dumb world we live in, drug tests are so bs.

If you smoke casually and are skinny and work out sometimes then it should leave the body in a week or two, but if you are a little heavier and less active and a heavy smoker then you need to take a longer break.

The only drugs that leave the body within a few days would be:

Cocaine (1-2 days) LSD (12 hours or less) Heroin (1-3 days)

Pot usually ranges from 6 days to 3 weeks

get someones pee, and hide it then use it, then escape.

Thats bad advice in my opinion....if you store other people's pee...it becomes cold....and no longer sterile...i'm sure drug tests can detect foul play....

If you're taking a piss test they'll be able to tell if it's your piss or not, it has to be at a certain temperature and all that shit.

If they're going to take a hair test, they can find drugs that were in your system months and months ago.

If it's a hair test, he's fucked.

And it depends on a person's body size as to when the drugs trail will be gone from the body for a piss test.

Here is my idea, it really sucks.

Eat a poppyseed bagle. When they see "opium" in the result, say you ate a bagle and say you don't know where the weed came from.

it is bound to fail!

They're able to distinguish poppy seeds now (or supposed to), and you have to eat quite a few for them to show up.

Well, from what I know most jobs just pee test...hair tests cost them more...hair tests are more common in government or serious reponsible jobs...not best buy lol...

Yeah, but piss test shouldn't be that hard to pass. I know people that have done drugs like a day or two before and passed fine.

But make sure you sure as hell don't try to bring someone's piss in. They're able to check the temperature, or the two times I took piss tests they were.

C. Obviously don't smoke anymore.
D. Work at Gamestop. They don't drug test.

Drink at least a gallon of water a day and go to one of those steam room things. Thats what a friend of mine did and it worked.

...no. The THC found in marijuana becomes stored in your fat cells. This can take four weeks to fully exit your system.
