Wow I must be really stupid, or having a bad morning but I don't understand why you wouldn't include the start day being 1 day old on that day and today, being 10,000 days old.

10,000 days ago was 4th October 1981, as yesterday is day one from ago not including today. But 10,000 days from 5th October is today, with the 5th being day one, one day old and today being 10,000?

Does it really matter? Between yesterday, today and tomorrow, you were 10 000 days old.

they say to be accurate for how many days old you are they don't include the end date.

I guess because as above if you include today as a whole day(lets say its still Saturday since it is for America i think, for me its 0:55 Sunday) and the day before you get two days, but yesterday wasn't two days ago.

Let's say I was born Jan 1st and I want to know how old i am on Jan 3rd. Obviously I'm two days old but if you count Jan 1st as a day, 2nd as a day and 3rd as a day I'm three days old, which I wouldn't be. You could just not count the first day, or you could not count the last day because it isn't finished. Either way you just don't use both start and end if you want to work out how many days you've lived for.



I'm 6579 days old. Few more days till I reach 10k, lol.
