      Symptoms of an impacted wisdom tooth, but not...?

      So, my top right wisdom tooth is the most grown wisdom tooth I have. But all of a sudden, since yesterday, it has swollen dramatically and more red and has become intensely painful. Also it is hard to open my mouth without it hurting. These are all symptoms of an impacted wisdom tooth but the tooth has already fully passed through the gums... A long time ago!...

      Anyone else ever have this problem before?

      I plan to get them removed ASAP, but I've come to the conclusion that this tooth is infected.
