The writer of that article has a major foot fetish.
Let's all stop going on the computer, because it's ruining millions of years of eye evolution. Or lets all stop sleeping in comfy beds because it's ruining millions of years of sleeping on rocks. the list can go forever.
I think going without shoes would fuck up your feet a lot more because of harsh terrains. indoors is the only healthy time to be barefoot.

This shit sucks. After that one day - I have now become addicted to going barefoot everywhere.
Today and yesterday it's been raining like fuck, and I went to buy a Pepsi Max barefooted. It's just so goddamn cold. But I just hate the thought of taking on shoes now XD
But I'm going to have to take some shoes on later though, when I go deliver the newspapers >.<
