I disagree, and how. |

I think my post is self explanatory. Reading is enjoyable and I love it, but books are the absolute bane of my existance. Books should be burned. (I don't mean the content obviously) |

Fuck Kindle. [1] [2] [3] |

kindle is a waste, imo... Its 200$ and you still have to pay for the ebooks. Not only that but it washes out really bad |

Well, I like the spirited defense, but really? Its not like any of that is going to curb my view at all. Also, its not like I said anything that should personally offend you. All I did was give reasons why prefer to do my reading on other mediums. |

No. |

You're very welcome. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
I love food, but I hate eating. |

Surrender your flesh. We demand it.
I don't see a problem with not liking physical books. It's no different than preferring real books to e-books |

The OP is not meant to be taken seriously. |

I too .... well, DISLIKE books. I don't dislike them enough to actually hate them though lol How can you even TRY to read in a moving vehicle?! |

I love food and I love preparing food... even cleaning up doesn't bother me. It's a wonderful little thing called self-satisfaction. |

I'd rather read a book than a screen. Screens shorten my attention span too much to read more than a few pages at a time. |

I've been having a pretty good experience with my 10" netbook. Adjust the brightness to the lowest comfortable level to reduce eyestrain, and read landscape in FBReader (pretty much any ebook can be converted to MOBI and made compatible). The ergonomics aren't always ideal, but in bed it's more comfortable than a paper book, propped on my chest/belly on a pillow and one of those pillow-bottom laptop trays (I can even balance it and just lift a finger to turn the page). I can also roll on my side and just set the laptop tray on the bed, with the netbook propped up in landscape (though this inevitably leads to nodding off). |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama

I ♥ DREAMVIEWS. I always have, and I always will. There is nothing else to it.
By you? |

I love traditional books, it's great to have a wall of old books on your shelves and they start show the marks of time. Yellowish pages, earmarkings, underlinings, torn covers. I couldn't stand the idea of fully electronical reading i.e netbooks and audiobooks. |

Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.
I DO completely agree with what Unelias said though. I LOVE having a large library. Ever since I was a little kid I've dreamed of being in a library with books all the way up to the tall ceiling and you needed one of those rolling/hanging ladders to get to them |
