OK not to be rude or anything, but I believe in brutal honesty, so I'm just going to say what everyone else is thinking... You look like shit. Everyone here who's giving you compliments are just trying to be polite. Oh yeah, and you're white, and white people can't pull off dreadlocks just like black people can't pull off mullets. Not only that, but it makes you come off as a huge tool. I'm not saying that's the case, but it's what people will think of you. You can call me an asshole, but I'm honestly just trying to help you out, and I'm sure you wanted on honest opinon. In the end though, if you like it then go with it, fuck everyone else.

Or maybe those of us who are used to seeing various colors of people with dreads just don't belong to your demographic?

Look you're allowed to have your opinion, but please present in a much less douchebagish fashion. You're allowed to think it looks bad, but you can say so without being rude or insulting. What's more is that you claim you are saying what others are thinking, and that the rest of us are being dishonest. This is completely untrue and insulting to everyone posting in this thread. You are one person. Do not be so arrogant as to think you can speak for others.

Don't treat me like a toddler, you don't think I know all of that? I was just giving my opinon off-hand. I already admitted in my post that I was responding like a douche, but that's usually the case with brutal honesty.

And Taosaur, you're coming off as one of those pseudo-intellectuals that claims to not be influenced by race at all, which is completely contradicted by the link you posted which shows whites trying to look like blacks. So, by that logic, the white OP is also a d-bag.
