After watching a documentary called God on the Brain and reading some articles about neurotheology (the study of the relation of religious experiences and the brain) I found a device called Shakti that supposedly induces altered states of mind that go from spriritual experiences of God, to lucid dreams and OBEs.

Has anyone heard of this device? Has anyone tried it?
